Schistosomicides are a group of antiparasitic medications. They are used in the treatment of various parasitic worm infections such as Schistosomes (which can cause infection of the urinary system, liver or intestines) and certain other parasitic infections. These medicines work by killing the parasitic worms causing the infection.
