Sucral MU

Sucralfate + Mupirocin is a combination of two medicines: Sucralfate + Mupirocin1 and Sucralfate + Mupirocin2 that treat ulcers and wounds. Sucralfate + Mupirocin1 is an anti-ulcerant which forms a coating over the affected skin surface. This creates a physical barrier that protects the skin from further injury, allowing it to heal. Sucralfate + Mupirocin2 is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria that cause skin infections by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins necessary for survival of bacteria. Thus, it prevents the skin infection from spreading.
