Thi 100mg Injection

Hypoglycaemia. Aftr fd BS 75 only Basically I am a phyisotherapist . Writing this question for my dad Around 2 yrs back he has gone through a liver resection due to a cirhotic liver and tumour . After that he has become normal and now following ayurvedic medications He is not following any particular diet . He is eating every thing possible . His diet include mostly non veg as well as veg and will have a nice amount of food . Still when ever we check his blood sugar it will always be less than 90 even aftr food . Morning after his exercise he used to have 2-3 bananas still he is telling he feels weakness . I assume it to be hypogylcaemic problem . So can you please suggest me what diet to tell him to follow . And i believe this problem might be because of his liver issue . Still for the sake of diet can u suggest me some thing . Note* - he used to eat glucose before when ever he had hypoglycemic symptoms . So if any change is diet can be prescribed that will be great He had heavy break fast along with sugary beverage and still now i checked his blood sugar and the reading was 90
