Role of active ingredients:
Vitamin B1,(Thiamine) is used for the treatment of Low levels of thiamine (thiamine deficiency syndromes), including beriberi and inflammation of the nerves (neuritis) associated with pellagra or pregnancy.
Vitamin B2, (Riboflavin) is used for preventing low levels of riboflavin (riboflavin deficiency). It is used for treating riboflavin deficiency, and blood disorders such as congenital methemoglobinemia and red blood cell aplasia.
Vitamin B6, (Pyridoxine) is used for preventing and treating low levels of pyridoxine (pyridoxine deficiency) and the “tired blood” (anemia) that may result. It is also used for heart disease; high cholesterol, reducing blood levels of homocysteine, a chemical that might be linked to heart disease, and helping clogged arteries stay open after a balloon procedure to unblock them (angioplasty).
Vitamin B12 is required for proper red blood cell formation, neurological function, and DNA synthesis. Vitamin B12 functions as a cofactor for methionine synthase and L-methylmalonyl-CoA mutase. Methionine synthase catalyzes the conversion of homocysteine to methionine. Methionine is required for the formation of S-adenosylmethionine, a universal methyl donor for almost 100 different substrates, including DNA, RNA, hormones, proteins, and lipids.

Manganese Sulphate, is an activator for enzymes such as polysaccharide polymerase, liver arginase, cholinesterase, and pyruvate carboxylase. It may also be a cofactor in lipid, protein, and carbohydrate metabolism.
