Softeye 300mg Capsule

Softeye 300 mg Capsule is used as an adjunct to diet or other therapies for treatment of dry eye symptoms. It reduces inflammation, induces tear secretion, lowers apoptosis and enhances the lipid layer of the tear film. It should be avoided in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

Key Ingredients:

• Omega-3 fatty acids constituting mainly of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)

• Omega-3 Fatty acids have an anti-inflammatory effect that inhibits creation of Omega-6 prostaglandin precursors

• Have anti-inflammatory action in the lacrimal gland that prevents apoptosis of the secretory epithelial cells

• Clears meibomitis, allowing thinner, more elastic lipid layer to protect the tear film and cornea

• Helps in clearing and thinning of meibomian gland secretions which in turn improves symptoms of dry eye
