Directions for Use:

• For infants: 1-4 ml/kg daily in 3-4 divided doses (starting with 1 ml/kg/day and gradually increasing)

• Adults may consume up to three tablespoons in a day

• The oil can be mixed with milk, fruit juices, salads and vegetables
