Directions For Use:Amla Ras:- Consume 15ml on an empty stomach in the morning
Netra Churn:- Consume 2-3 grams of this churn in the morning and evening

Kamdhenu Netra Drops:- Put 2 drops twice a day, i.e. in the morning and night
