Caronositol is the most novel, natural and most effective form of D- Chiro Inositol for treatment of poly cystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) due to its ability to improve metabolic and reproductive aspects. It works as secondary messengers relaying signals involved in insulin regulation. Women with PCOS may have a defect in the body’s ability for inositol metabolism and conversion, contributing to insulin resistance and infertility.
