Extremely useful to raise low B12 levels in a short time. One tablet daily for 20 days to a month should bring B12 levels to normal depending on level of deficiency Excellent sublingual option for people who dont absorb B12 well from the gut Should not be taken for more than a month without checking blood B12 levels
