Nexna Tablet contains N-Acetyl Cysteine, Inositol, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Chromium Picolinate, Zinc Gluconate. Nexna Tablet improves insulin resistance and hormonal imbalance thereby brings improvement in constituents of syndrome-X. Nexna provides ideal dosage for better results and there is no elevation in the level of homocysteine with the use of Nexna.

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), helps women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) improve fertility, reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, and improve metabolic complications of PCOS including insulin resistance, fatty liver, and high cholesterol.
Inositol helps support ovarian function and restores menstrual cycle.
