Mecgla Capsule is a combination of Gamma linolenic acid, Methylcobalamin and Vitamin C.

Gamma linolenic acid has proven benefits on diabetic neuropathy. Diabetic patients have abnormalities of essential fatty acid metabolism, and therefore require higher amounts of essential fatty acids. Supplementation of gamma linolenic acid reduces the symptoms of nerve pain.
Methylcobalamin is an essential nutrient for neurons that protects the neurons from oxidative stress. It is notable for being one of the few examples in nature of an organometallic bond. Methylcobalamin is used in treating diseases of vitamin B12 deficiency (such as pernicious anemia), or diseases of effective methylcobalamin deficiency, such as methylcobalamin metabolic pathway.
Diabetic neuropathy places an extra strain on the body’s stores of vitamin C hence the natural antioxidant reserve in the body gets depleted. Supplementation of vitamin C improves the signs and symptoms of neuropathy.
