Take one sachet of Flexi Pep powder daily for a minimum of 3 months. Consume the contents one hour before food (on an empty stomach) at night, for better results. 
For preparation, empty the contents into 100 ml of lukewarm water, just before consumption. Stir until the powder is evenly dispersed in water
