Contacid is an antacid containing magaldrate and simethicone.Magaldrate, Simethicone suspension, an antacid is used for the treatment of acid indigestion, flatulence, heartburn, gas and dyspepsia. The combination of drugs acts by neutralizing the gastric acid pH and increase the acid pH. The anti-flatulent property of the drug works by breaking up gas bubbles and eliminate intestinal gas

Contacid Syrup is used mainly used for treating heartburn, gas, acid indigestion and sour stomach.
