Biopreg -F Tablet

Biopreg-F contains Folic acid and Biotin and is used as a supplement during pregnancy.
 
Biotin is a water soluble B-complex vitamin needed for normal growth and development of skin and hair and maintenance of a healthy nervous system and bone marrow. It is used to prevent and treat biotin deficiency associated with pregnancy, long-term tube feeding, malnutrition, and rapid weight loss. 
Biotin is a component of important enzymes involved in breakdown and utilization of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. 
Folic acid is a component of the B group of vitamins and is necessary for the normal production and maturation of red blood cells. Folic acid is usually indicated in the treatment of megaloblastic anemia of pregnancy caused by poor diet, poor absorption of food. Folic acid requirements are also markedly increased during pregnancy and its deficiency can lead to neural tube defects in babies (spina bifida).
