Bakson’s B46 Right Abdominal Drops helps relieve abdominal pain. Abdominal pain is caused due to various reasons and dependent upon the affected organ, the pain could be either on the left or right side of the organ. Right abdominal pain has no known cause and it is accompanied by other symptoms. Abdominal drop is specially formulated to treat pain in the right side of the abdomen and treats other symptoms associated with it.
