Works well as far as I can tell I'm using this plus Mahalaxmivilas Ras as a replacement for cough syrupy antibiotics, and antiallergics in my home and am pretty happy with the results so far. Definitely Aimil is a respectable pharmacy. I'm slowly trying their other products and finding satisfaction
