This is highly effective in completely calming down the craving to smoke frequently I have been a chain smoker for the last 26 years and I have tried different ways to quit smoking but nothing ever worked for me. 30 cigarettes a day was my default consumption and that probably was half of what I used to smoke 5-6 years ago I had never spent a day without smoking at least 25-30 cigs in one day but this patch got rid of all the cigs for me, that absolutely unbelievable, I didn get the craving at all I spent last 3 days without smoking a single cigarette and this new feeling is amazing
