How Zotaderm Products work
Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Neomycin is a combination of three medicines: Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Neomycin1, Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Neomycin2 and Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Neomycin3. Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Neomycin1 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Neomycin2 is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Neomycin3 is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth in the skin. Together, they treat your skin infection effectively.
