Dicyclomine + Diclofenac + Paracetamol2 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Dicyclomine + Diclofenac + Paracetamol3 is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.
