Side Effects of Vriestran are Constipation, Nausea1a, Fever, Fatigue, Peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness of feet and hand), Febrile neutropenia, Diarrhea, Anemia (low number of red blood cells), Decreased appetite, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping).

How Vriestran Products work

Vincristine + Mannitol is a combination of two medicines. Vincristine + Mannitol1 is an anticancer medicine. It works by inhibiting the duplication of genetic materials (DNA and RNA) that is required for cell growth and multiplication of the cancer cells. The addition of Vincristine + Mannitol2 allows Vincristine + Mannitol1 to enter the brain by opening the blood-brain barrier and act against the cancer cells.
