How Tonact Q Products work

Atorvastatin + Coenzyme Q10 is a combination of two medicines: Atorvastatin + Coenzyme Q101 and Atorvastatin + Coenzyme Q102 which treat high cholesterol. Atorvastatin + Coenzyme Q101 is a lipid-lowering medication (statin). It works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-CoA-reductase) that is required in the body to make cholesterol. It thus lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL). Atorvastatin + Coenzyme Q102 is added as correcting its deficiency helps relieve muscle pain induced by Atorvastatin + Coenzyme Q101.
