These symptoms may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzymes.

Yes, Fenofibrate+Rosuvastatin may cause muscle pain due to muscle injury. However, this side effect does not occur in everybody. Talk to your doctor as soon as possible if you are experiencing symptoms such as muscle pain or weakness.
