How Ofloxamac D Products work

Ofloxacin + Beclometasone is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin + Beclometasone1 and Ofloxacin + Beclometasone2 which treat eye infection. Ofloxacin + Beclometasone1 is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. This treats your infection. Ofloxacin + Beclometasone2 is a steroid medicine which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
