Side Effects of Metolet CL are Sleepiness, Headache, Ankle swelling, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Slow heart rate, Tiredness, Palpitations, Nausea1a, Edema (swelling), Constipation, Cold extremities.

How Metolet CL Products work

Cilnidipine + Metoprolol Succinate is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and metoprolol which lower blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker which works by relaxing blood vessels while metoprolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. Together, they make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
