Aceclofenac + Capsaicin Based Rubefacients + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol is a combination of four medicines: Aceclofenac + Capsaicin Based Rubefacients + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol1, Aceclofenac + Capsaicin Based Rubefacients + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol2, Aceclofenac + Capsaicin Based Rubefacients + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol3 and Aceclofenac + Capsaicin Based Rubefacients + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol4 which relieves pain and inflammation. Aceclofenac + Capsaicin Based Rubefacients + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol1 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain, fever, and inflammation (redness). Aceclofenac + Capsaicin Based Rubefacients + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol2 works by blocking pain messages to the nerves. This relieves minor aches and pains in the muscles and joints. Aceclofenac + Capsaicin Based Rubefacients + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol3 and Aceclofenac + Capsaicin Based Rubefacients + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol4 are topical analgesics (pain relievers). They work by first cooling the skin and then warming it up. This cooling and warming up action distracts from feeling the pain.
