How Epicin B Products work

Mupirocin + Bromelain is a combination of two medicines: Mupirocin + Bromelain1 and Mupirocin + Bromelain2. Mupirocin + Bromelain1 is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Mupirocin + Bromelain2 is a proteolytic enzyme which helps remove the dead or damaged skin cells and promotes healing.
