How Emispas Products work

Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Simethicone is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Simethicone1, Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Simethicone2 and Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Simethicone3. Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Simethicone1 is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps and pain. Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Simethicone2 is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Simethicone3 is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
