How Eczim Products work

Sulphur + Sulphacetamide is a combination of two medicines: Sulphur + Sulphacetamide1 and Sulphur + Sulphacetamide2 which treat acne. Sulphur + Sulphacetamide1 is a keratolytic medicine which works by removing the top layer of dead skin. Sulphur + Sulphacetamide2 is an antibiotic. It stops bacteria from producing folic acid, a vitamin required for bacterial multiplication.
