How Dokay Products work
Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone + Polymyxin B is a combination of two antibiotics (Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone + Polymyxin B1, Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone + Polymyxin B3) and a steroid (Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone + Polymyxin B2). The antibiotics work by killing the bacteria or stopping their growth. Together, they treat your infection effectively. The steroid blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy.
