Side Effects of Darzalex are Back pain, Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), Diarrhea, Fatigue, Fever, Infusion reaction, Low blood platelets, Nausea1a, Breathlessness, Upper respiratory tract infection, Constipation, Vomiting, Joint pain, Dizziness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping).

Daratumumab is a monoclonal antibodies, which are designed to recognise and attach to specific proteins on the surface of cancer cells. It shows its action by binding to specific cancer cells in the body and helps your immune system kills cancer.
