How Betaderm Z Products work
Betamethasone + Zinc Sulfate is a combination of two medicines: Betamethasone + Zinc Sulfate1 and Betamethasone + Zinc Sulfate2. Betamethasone + Zinc Sulfate1 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Betamethasone + Zinc Sulfate2 works as an astringent and antiseptic on the skin.
