Levosalbutamol/Levalbuterol + Ipratropium is a combination of two medicines: Levosalbutamol/Levalbuterol and Ipratropium. Levosalbutamol/Levalbuterol is a bronchodilator while Ipratropium is an anticholinergic. They work by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widen the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
