Diclofenac + Misoprostol is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Misoprostol which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by suppressing the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and pain. However, it may lead to stomach upset or stomach ulcers. Misoprostol is a prostaglandin analogue which helps protect your stomach and prevents ulcers.
