How Cetirizine + Paracetamol + Nimesulide + Caffeine works

Cetirizine + Paracetamol + Nimesulide + Caffeine is a combination of four medicines: Cetirizine, paracetamol, nimesulide and caffeine which relieve common cold symptoms. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Caffeine increases the effectiveness of pain relieving medicines.
