Doctor suggested me to take Telma 20 though I have no high blood pressure. I have Secondary dilated cardiomyopathy with global left ventricular wall hypokinaesia. Please advise whether I can contionue this medicine at night while using Eltroxine5o at empty stomach and Clavam625 for some infections in my body.

Hello PATIENT to 1mg. My personal advice to start with life style modification, exercises, diet and stop smoking alcohol tobacco n gutkha along with increase your confidence level and decrease your unnecessary stress. Please take good antioxidant vitamins and plenty of water. After few month of your healthy lifestyle then only think of medicine of any kind.

I have been recommended telma -h 40 mg due to high blood pressure. I take my medicine regularly and also keep monitoring blood pressure daily. Over time i have observed that gaps in taking medicine ( even up to 4-5 days ) doesn't elevate my blood pressure , however if this gap in medicine intake becomes 10-15 days the blood pressure shoots up. Due to fear of side effects now I deliberately keep gap of 2-3 days between my medicine but keep monitoring my BP. Is it ok to do keep such a gap in taking medicine as long as blood pressure is monitored and in normal range? Also at my age , will there be significant side effect from telma-h 40 mg
