Ritxon S 1000mg/500mg Tablet is an antibiotic medicine and is used to treat certain bacterial infections such as meningitis (infection of the brain), pneumonia (infection of the lungs), gonorrhea (a sexually transmitted disease), pelvic inflammatory disease (infection of the female reproductive organs that may cause infertility) and infections of ear, abdomen, urinary tract, skin, bones and joints. Ritxon S 1000mg/500mg Tablet is also sometimes given before certain types of surgery to prevent infections that may develop after the operation.
