Pilspas Tablet is a combination of analgesic & antipyretic-PCM, anticholinergic-antispasmodic, and dopamine (D2) receptor antagonist-prokinetic agent.

What if you forget to take Pilspas Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Pilspas Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

- Pilspas Tablet is used to give relief from abdominal pain.
- Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
- Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
