Dandruff is caused by excessive growth of Pityrosporum orbiculare (Malassezia furfur), which is part of normal skin flora. It is also used to treat irregular white or brown patches which occur on the body and sometimes appear after being in the sun (tinea/pityriasis versicolor). Regular application of Pack Bottle packaging material on the scalp relieves itching and discomfort in people suffering from dandruff.

No, Pack Bottle packaging material is not an antibacterial agent. It is an antifungal medicine which is used to treat dandruff. Pityrosporum orbiculare (Malassezia furfur) is a fungus which plays an important role in the development of dandruff. Pack Bottle packaging material being an antifungal agent is very effective against the fungal infection causing the dandruff.
If you are using it to treat dandruff, use it only twice weekly and if you are using it to prevent dandruff, use it once weekly. Do not use Pack Bottle packaging material more often than directed. However, if not sure, consult your doctor.
You should first wash your hair or affected area thoroughly with water. Then apply a small amount of Pack Bottle packaging material on the scalp. Massage properly to form lather. Leave it for 3-5 minutes and then thoroughly rinse it with water. If you have long and thick hair, you can wash with your usual shampoo first and then use Pack Bottle packaging material.
The symptoms of the infection, such as itching or soreness, should improve within a few days of treatment. However, signs such as redness and scaling may take longer to disappear. Do not stop applying this medicine before the duration advised by your doctor, even if you feel better.
