Interaction with drugs

Taking Gudiet with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Metolazone (Oral Route)

If taken in high doses, Metolazone may increase blood glucose levels thereby reducing antidiabetic effect of Gliclazide.

Chlorthalidone Test sha (Oral Route)

If taken in high doses, Chlorthalidone Test sha may increase blood glucose levels thereby reducing antidiabetic effect of Gliclazide.

Clozapine (Oral Route)

Clozapine may cause glucose intolerance, and concurrent use with Gliclazide may affect your blood sugar control.

Hydrochlorothiazide (Oral Route)

If taken in high doses, Hydrochlorothiazide may increase blood glucose levels thereby reducing antidiabetic effect of Gliclazide.
