Sir/Madam, In month of July i had anal fissure problem accordingly i got treatment from doctor they give me the following medicine 1) Panchsakar Churna (Very Effective for me constipation) 2) Jatyadi Tel (To put via pipe before bowel movement) 3) Flozen AA 4) Oskar DSR 5) Mahacef 6) Slitzbath and Silvenano Kind nanofine gel I got relief within 2-3 days and fissure cured in approx 15 days but sir after sometime i got pain during passing of stool (not blood) so i take the above churna for constipation and put the oil and got relief but the problem does not gone from root Now sir i am 2.5 Months pregnant and fissure again developed with blood stool from last 4-5 days and my gyno said she had no knowledge of above medicine and give me Gutclear Sryrup for constipation i am taking Gutclear syrup from 6 days but still constipation problem persist sometime between 6 days and large stool passes with blood Sir also i am putting Jatyadi oil before bowel movement and Silvenano Kind nanofine gel, slitz bat after But to cure the wound please advice me i am very depressed Regards
