Product introduction
Domaspas Tablet may be taken with or without food. It should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It is important not to miss doses and to keep taking them until your doctor tells you it is safe to stop. Don’t stop using this medicine without asking your doctor.
It may cause side effects like vomiting, nausea, dryness in the mouth, weakness, and constipation in some patients. These are usually mild and disappear after a short time. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before taking this medicine.

Domaspas Tablet gives relief from the symptoms of colicky pain such as stomach cramp, bloating and discomfort. It works best if they are used when the first signs of pain occur. This medicine works by slowing the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. Take this medicine before meals and at bedtime or as directed by your doctor.

How Domaspas Tablet works
This is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Dicyclomine. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain.
Quick tips
- Domaspas Tablet is used to give relief from abdominal cramps and pain.
- It is best to take it when the first sign of pain occurs.
- Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking this medicine.
- Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
- Drink plenty of water along with this medicine in order to avoid constipation.
