In Meniere's disease
Ménière’s disease is a disorder of the inner ear that causes severe dizziness (vertigo), ringing in the ears (tinnitus), hearing loss, and a feeling of congestion in the ear. This is due to build-up of fluid in the inner ear. B Citam Tablet reduces the amount of fluid and prevents symptoms from developing. It may take a couple of weeks before you notice any improvements but keep taking it, even if you do feel better, until your doctor advises it is safe to stop.

You should not stop taking B Citam Tablet until your doctor informs you to stop it. If you stop taking B Citam Tablet earlier than advised, the symptoms of vertigo may reappear (dizziness and spinning).
