Amitone 10mg Tablet

Hello Dr. I seem to have a head pressure or weight in my head. This usually comes and go in the past. However, I'm having this numbness on my left side of head and if think so much it seems to overall in head. Recently I also had checked my chest liver lungs etc and had come to know that I have high BP and I'm undergoing on medication along with running. Post I come to know the BP and a light chest pains about a month back, I started to feel so much and was panicking for everything. Please help on how can I relieve from head pressure or numbness sooner. I continue to have the numbness for past 3 days . Im able to sleep and when i get up, im feeling great bit within 10 - 15 min i again start to feel head weigh and a numbness. Please help
