Directions for Use:
Lancing device:

• Pull of the end cap

• Push the lancet firmly into the holder

• Remove the lancet top. Save top for safe disposal of used lancet

• Replace end cap

• Turn the depth dial to desired lancing depth

• Gently pull Arming Barrel until a click is heard

• Place tip firmly against finger on the other hand. Press the Trigger button

• Using the saved top, recap lancet. Remove and dispose of in an appropriate container

Glucometer:

• Insert the strip with black blocks facing up. The meter turns on

• Puncture the finger with the lancing device

• Apply the blood sample

• Wait for 5 seconds for the test result

Safety Information:

• Read the label carefully before use

• Keep out of reach of children

• Avoid any physical damage

• Store in a clean and dry place

• Check the strips are within their expiry date

• Make sure to wash and dry your hands before testing

Quick Tips:

• Every time you start to use a new box of test strips, make sure to calibrate your meter

• Do not squeeze the finger when taking a blood drop sample

Q. How to delete the memory of the device?
The user cannot delete the memory records of the device. However, when a new test result is recorded, the oldest recorded result in the memory gets deleted.

Q. What does the error code E-3 mean?
The error code E-3 could mean any of the following:

• Incorrect test method

• Using a used test strip

• Using an expired or damped test strip

• Test strip exposed to air for more than 3 minutes

In case the error is displayed, please insert a new test strip into the device and apply a blood sample to test.

Q. Can 2 individuals use the same device?
Yes. 2 individuals can use the same device, but the test strips and lancets are strictly for one-time use only.
