Directions For Use:

• Open: Wash your hands properly before using a tampon. Remove the coloured tear tape and unwrap the bottom half of the covering. to protect your vaginal area from catching any dirt and germs

• Hold and place: Unwind the removal cord. Hold the tampon from the other end and remove the remaining wrapping. Get into a comfortable position for insertion

• Insert and wear: Gently push the tampon in the vagina using your finger as far back as possible. Don't worry it won't pass your vagina

• Remove: Relax and gently pull the removal cord diagonally downwards to slide the tampon out. Dispose of it in the bin. Do not flush, as it can damage the septic system
