Directions for Use:

• Keep the body relaxed before taking the measurement

• Keep the palm facing up and insert the cuff at the heart level

• The intel tube has to be parallel to the artery position

• Make sure the cuff is tight and taped up

• Keep an inner space at one finger between the cuff and the arm

• Push the start button

• After 40 seconds, the display will show the pressure level and heart rate
