Renalex Syrup is metabolised to bicarbonates, which increase urinary pH by increasing the excretion of free bicarbonate ions, thus increasing the solubility of cystine in the urine.

• Potassium Citrate Monohydrate 1100mg

• Citric Acid Monohydrate 334mg Oral Solution
