OB Cal 3 sachet is available commercially in the form of sachets containing granules of cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3). 
 
Each OB Cal 3 weighs about one gram and contains 60,000 international units of Cholecalciferol.
 
Directions to use:-

2. Pour the powder into a glass and then add water.
