Directions for use

• Take about 10 ml of karpooradi thailam in a bowl

• Place the bowl in warm water. Check the temperature before applying, especially for children

• Rub generously on the chest, back, neck, and mildly along with the sinuses

• Follow with warm steam inhalation or apply a hot compress

• To make a compress, place a handful of mustard seeds in a muslin cloth and tie the ends to make a potli

• Gently warm the potli over a dry pan until it becomes slightly warm

• Check the temperature of the potli before applying

• Place the warm compress over the sinuses, on the chest, on the back, or along the neck, where you have applied the thailam

• You can also rub karpooradi thailam on the sole to help reduce congestion at night and enjoy uninterrupted sleep
