Kerala Ayurveda Chyavanprash

Kerala Ayurveda Chyavanprash is an energy booster that improves strength and active immunity and helps attain longevity. 
Chyavanprash was first prepared by the healers from heaven- Ashwini Kumaras. Kerala Ayurveda chyavanprash is made using the same 5000-year-old original recipe, from Ashtanga Hridayam, without modifying it. It has wild amlas from the deep forests of Chhattisgarh, long pepper from Bengal and Assam, raisins from Afghanistan, and wild unprocessed honey. Kerala Ayurveda chyavanprash aids in fighting illnesses and boosting stamina and energy. 

Key Ingredients:

• Gooseberry or wild amla

• Raisins or draksha

• Long pepper or pippali

• Giloy or guduchi

• Asparagus or shatavari

• Winter cherry or ashwagandha

• Unprocessed wild honey

• Jaggery

Directions For Use:

• Children 3-5 years- 1/4 teaspoon

• Children aged 6-12years - 1/2 tsp

• Follow it with a cup of warm milk

• If you are vegan, lactose-intolerant/ sensitive, or want to skip the milk, you can consume it with a cup of lukewarm water
